Work on ‘ground-breaking motion simulation’ is underway with a new cooperation agreement between UK-based motion-generator simulator technology company, Dynisma, and Kistler Instrumente, a provider of automotive testing hardware.
Dynisma’s simulators, named Dynisma Motion Generators (DMGs), are claimed to have the lowest latency and highest bandwidth on the market, while Kistler offers a wide range of automotive testing solutions. The companies believe the joint technology offer will enable customers to further accelerate vehicle development times.
Ashley Warne, CEO of Dynisma, said of the deal: “Kistler is the leading provider of automotive testing solutions and combined with our unrivalled vehicle dynamics simulation capabilities, together we will offer the latest advances in vehicle testing technology for the automotive industry. We’re looking forward to revealing more details on this partnership very soon.”
Dynisma’s simulators also offer unlimited yaw excursion, large horizontal excursion, and high acceleration, to create an immersive experience possible for the user. The company says that any type of chassis, in current production or prototype, automotive or motorsport, can be integrated into the system.
